American Dairy Association of the Midwest is excited to host the inaugural Dairy Experience Forum focusing on the important theme The Critical Connection: Engaging with Today’s Dairy Consumer to Build Dairy Demand. This event will bring together dairy farmer leaders, industry experts and partners to explore why it’s more critical than ever to make a strong connection with today’s consumer to build dairy demand.

Consumers today are more interested than ever about where their food comes from and how it is produced. They also are making purchasing decisions that support their values and, as a result, are having a tremendous impact both on product innovation and the purchasing behaviors of their family and friends. As the industry works together to give consumers an excellent dairy experience, it’s essential that we understand the critical connection between what consumers are looking for in their dairy products and how we can meet these needs to drive overall dairy demand.

The vision for the Dairy Experience Forum is to provide participants with valuable tools and training to help ensure a successful future for the dairy industry. The event will provide opportunities to engage with leading experts from branded food companies, retailers and processors, cooperatives and dairy farm operations –and to hear from consumers firsthand what attributes and values are important to them as they make purchasing decisions related to the dairy products they enjoy.
